I smelt a long-dead rodent when I first read the meme. I’m paying $19/mth for phone and data charges and while I have no idea of what my provider is spending on salaries, rent, advertising, etc, I bet power is only a tiny proportion of it. According to our power bill while we’re on holiday, the 3 frig/freezers (all older models) plus the security system costs about $60/mth. Waay more.

PS: as most fridges are not new, the annual consumption assumed per fridge should be significantly higher than the average NEW fridge.
