That and the Israel highway experiments were done more than 3 years ago though, and since there has not been any large scale adaptions of this technology, does that mean that there was little progress until recently? It is difficult as an advocate for sustainable energy to hear about something with such potential not make the progress needed to implement it on a larger scale.]]></description>
