The only thing holding this back is the historically bad reputation of GM. But GM recently has risen to be the number 1 company according to JD Powers, when it comes to reliability and consumer satisfaction. Kudos to GM! Kudos to America. Only unpatriotic traitors would be against such accomplishment of an American Company.

The Spark EV should be a warning shot to Elon Musk to hurry up with his plans of making affordable mass market EV. I used to consider buying Tesla Model S as a replacement for my GM-Volt, but I think I would be able to buy two GM Spark EV for my kids (which should limit them) instead.
