I happen to think that developing alternatives to fossil fuels is deadly
serious business and it offends me to hear people such as yourself try
and turn Spain’s or anyone else’s attempts into what amounts to childish

I choose not to feel insulted by your reply Jo, of course the CleanTechnica editors are free to make up their own minds about what is appropriate behaviour for their writers.
Regarding your so called “very valid point” implying big brother wants to reach up through the S-bend and tax your very turds, is in my view, nothing short of low level, tea-party style fearmongering, in this case directed at the nascent biofuels from waste industry. So please excuse me if I ignore your “cutting edge legal theory” on this occasion Jo because frankly, I’ve heard it all before.

I feel like my comments on the legal issues involved, when so many others missed the very valid point, serve to temper the immature slant of the rest of the article. As for the site you mention, they don’t usually play in the “cutting edge legal theory” sandbox, otherwise I would have loved to be included.
