		<description><![CDATA[I drive by this plant every time I go to California for something.  As a solar plant it does what solar plants do best.  They just sit in the sun producing power which happens almost every day in that area.  Now with thermal storage that time period can extend into the evening hours.  Sounds like a good plan to me especially since the initial capital costs have been paid.]]></description>
