It’s a bridge to the cemetery. Ramping out true green energy is the only thing that is going to make any difference but I fear that due to the physics we have already set into motion this plan is too little too late. Time for carbon emissions to stabilize: True but at what level? The amount of excess carbon in the atmosphere is the least amount that will be there for a thousand years. The last time the earth had 400PPM CO2 levels it was a different world.
