China subsidies solar in countries which do not have solar panel manufacturers.


More manufacturers stay in business which should be good considering the very large increase in demand that is coming.  Supplies will remain adequate which will help hold down prices.


I&#039;m not sure anyone loses here.


Now what China needs to do is to move some of their low skilled labor manufacturing to Africa.  Think of how moving clothing manufacture to areas with high birth rates could help with population problems.


(When women get jobs birth rates tend to decrease.  It has to do with other things than just keeping them busy.)]]></description>
