Like if it is just a supercomputer why would it matter. Everybody has &quot;supercomputers&quot;. Just buy some bitcoin miner&#039;s supercomputer for example. 

Or is this place going to have real hardware that can be connected to test out real loads? Is this going to be a proving grounds that will be taken seriously by fossil fuel monopolies? 

It sounds interesting but some real examples are needed to show how it can really be used. Perhaps get them from the ESIF itself. It must be attempting to look for clients and they must be doing so in a manner that could be understood by all.
