The NREL in the study is indeed the US one, not a British agency. It looks from the PR as if the NREL provided specialised supercomputing.


It&#039;s good to see international cooperation in renewables research - &quot;not invented here&quot; is a recipe for wasting money. The German Fraunhofer Institute (=national technology research agency) has a US affiliate that gets DoE contracts.]]></description>
