I suppose that is newsworthy, but when I think White Bear Lake I think of the horrible waste of money being spent so land owners can keep the lake. Their large lake has been loosing water due to overuse and the city already is pumping ground water into the lake so it maintains levels - but the wells are not enough so they've been (again) working on fixing it... some want to drill even more wells as if the ground water won't run out. This of course is wasteful and foolish but will it continue?
