That&#039;s only a problem when the means are nasty.  Structuring the tax code so that renewables get the same treatment as fossil fuels doesn&#039;t seem like a nasty thing to me.


BTW, limited partnerships are generally open to everyone.  Get some bucks together and invest in the energy you think best.  You might not end up being a fat cat but you might get to spend your latter years as a slightly pudgy one....]]></description>
