Notice that while Indiana and Ohio have very similar wind patterns, Ohio is way behind in wind energy. But even here in Cincinnati, Chevy is starting to sell Volts. As Mark Twain said, everything gets to Cincinnati (Ohio) ten years after it gets anywhere else.]]></description>
