This means that the amount of power you produce is subtracted from the amount of power you consume. So your feed-in-tariff is the same as the price you pay to the utility. Since the kWh-price for private consumers is currently around 23€ct/kWh and the cost of PV is around 18 €ct/kWh PV is already a worthwhile investment. I think there is just a missing awareness of this fact in the Netherlands.]]></description>
