		<description><![CDATA[If we look back 10 years and look at cost projection for current batteries, and for the PV tech that was just in the lab then, I&#039;m sure we will see that cost predictions by the great and power OZ were off. My guess is limit line and cost are off also. There are a bunch of people trying to crack this nut; because there is a lot more than $10 billion on the table for the people that do.]]></description>
