The cost of PV has dropped by 85% over the last 5 years.. thanks to China.. The US would have kept the prices sky high just as they do with pharmaceuticals. NEVER trust the US Corporations to do ANYTHING to help the world.. they are the most greedy organisations.

China would have helped a lot more if they had put all that money into demand side and built a lot of PV in China. That would have created demand for their domestic production, without starting a trade war by dumping in Europe, India, US and trying to kill thier domestic production.
