		<description><![CDATA[I say no Washington Representative should get paid until we have a yearly budget set and any department that goes over budget has the loss deducted from wages of  the decision makers in that department going down the chain until the budget is met.

Also, if we &quot;Over estimate&quot; our federal revenue as we&#039;re so prone to do - again, no Representative gets paid.

Tie their pay to their performance just like every other job in the US and they&#039;ll do a much better job! (Maybe not great, but really it couldn&#039;t get much worse)]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[There is a group that want to prove that the federal government does not work, and do all they can to prove it by forcing the US into made up problems like this. Looks like their plan is working.
A better path than sequestration would have been all rep/sentor/exec branch get 90% pay cut, their staff gets 50% paycut. This would include all retirement benifits for past reps/sentors. The would last 7 time the duration of the event, so each day they wasted would cost them a week. 
The pentagon has a list of projects it has tried to cut and bases to close for years. Think F-35, but get stop because it would lose someone votes.]]></description>
