		<description><![CDATA[Well, an issue with this - I don&#039;t think the cost of gasoline will significantly decrease as we start to switch over to Electric cars, there are simply too many other markets and the price is too set in stone. (Saudi Arabia for instance has to sell it&#039;s oil for $78/barrel or more to pay for the entitlement programs it has set for its citizens)


Also, much of the decrease in long distance costs came from improved technologies. While innovation did occur faster with the monopoly broken, that wasn&#039;t the primary factor.
