		<description><![CDATA[In countries like Thailand and India you have vendors selling ice cream out of insulated containers.  People walk around with coolers or use cargo bikes like the one pictured above.   Both &quot;ice cream products and ice cream cones are sold by wandering vendors.

I suspect they&#039;re pretty good about knowing how much stock to carry at one time and swap out their stock for fresh before it starts to melt.
