Right now ultra-high efficiency solar panels are very expensive and it only pays to install them as part of a concentrating solar system.  That isn&#039;t technology that has found its way to the private market.  It&#039;s not even clear that it&#039;s cheap enough yet to be used at the utility level.]]></description>
