LeBron James Bikes To Work
NBA superstar LeBron James is doing his part to unclog Miami traffic by saddling up on a bicycle. James has been seen cycling to practice on a regularly basis (and even to some games) — perhaps he’s seen the evidence that biking is safer for young adults than driving.
James is no stranger to bikes. For years, Mr. Basketball has been behind annual charity bike rides in his hometown of Akron, Ohio.
The three-time MVP isn’t alone in his cycling passion, as teammates Mario Chalmers and Dwayne Wade have taken part in Miami Critical Mass, a city-wide bike event held the last Friday of every month where bikers take of the streets.
For copycats, it’s unclear what bike King James tools around town on, but it doesn’t look to be of the cardboard kind.
