		<description><![CDATA[Six cents won&#039;t be cheap enough to compete with wind and solar in the long run.  But 6c/kWh biomass generation will make a very good fill-in for when wind and solar are under producing.  It will be cheaper than stored wind and solar.


And by using biomass as fill-in rather than &#039;always on&#039; generation the limited fuel supply can sever a better, more important use.]]></description>
