Reasonable half?

I'm sorry, but policies even less extreme than Romney's would have been are what put us in an economic freefall. Luckily, despite complete obstructionism in Congress most of the last 4 years, Obama & the Democrats have brought us out of that.

And on the energy issues, well, you'd have to ignore a TON of facts to argue that Romney would have been the better choice.

With all due respect, Stan, you are parroting crap that is patiently false and has no relationship to the real problems that face humanity at this time. Turn off Rush and start reading information that will inform, rather than poison, your mind and you might see the light.

I tried, ...but that was a one sided rant. So emotionally charged and boring, that I couldn't even get past the third paragraph. Wow CT, way to shun the reasonable half of your readers. By the way, anyone could read this same overused story in Entertainment Weekly.

America is failing as a nation....we are, as any soverign nation would be, a victim of our leadership, and it's policies.
We already KNOW, for a fact, that what is going on now, SOUNDS good, but just like delicious fatty unhealhy food, it isn't actually good for us.
We just don't have the money for the current policies that are either in place, or are just about to graduate from the drawing board stage....
We have become a society who's reality is no more realistic than the plot of a Star Wars movie....
Our country has become a total aberration.....at the pace we're on, we will be an Islamic nation in less than 5 yrs.....actually, if Irann get's the bomb, it won't matter, because Radical Muslims don't have an restraint, and would contaminate their oil just so we can't burn it.....and Russia? Obama is such a wimp, that he is afraid of Putin, to the point of not being able to ask for a one on one meeting to discuss the viability of sharing technologies, weapons, and support to Syria and Iran.....we all know they will turn on all of us as soon as they feel confident they're in the driver's seat.
Romney is, as described, very aggressive an earning money....however, earning and saving BOTH end up providing more money in a bank account.....making and saving both yield a bigger balance/
This is NOT the time to have Marsha (Mary) Poppins the psychologist advising us, at this stage of a crisis...we are just a few steps from imploding and then becoming a casualty of complacency. Marsha? Are you going to stand respondsible for the total anarchy you are helping to retain in our government?
