		<description><![CDATA[This reads as if there is no question this will be incorporated within a couple years, and give a 20 to 25% boost in light capture, resulting in an efficiency of over 20% even in the cheapest to mfg panels.  I hope I&#039;m reading it correctly.]]></description>
