the only thing I see is the change in the location of the garbage...BUt the same things are used in conventional cars (oils, gas, water, plastic and other things etc)....Are they clean becsue they have less exhaust.......or CLEARER exhause. electricity is still involved somewhere along the line...thus fosil fuel is still involved..!!]]></description>
