Oh this is exciting - I just blogged about Glenwood using the Demand Energy Joule.System in Barclay Tower. Someone asked how it works - here's a part of the post about it (it's a simplified explanation) "The system allows Glenwood to essentially "download" all the power the building needs during less expensive, off-peak hours, store it on site, and then use it when needed by residents."

too tru it was always coming it has always been about cost and ROI and getting a system that would last longer than the projected ROI.

What are they using for storage? What sort of return on investment are they projecting?
