If there was a modern day Paul Revere in Long Beach, he’d be announcing, “The bicycles are coming, the bicycles are coming!” It’s true, soon there will be a lot more cyclists cruising the streets of Cali.
Bike Nation and Long Beach are partnering for a bike-sharing program that includes about 2,500 bikes and 250 kiosks. As an added bonus, Bike Nation customers can use bike-share kiosks in Long Beach, Los Angeles, and Anaheim for one fee. The Long Beach kiosks are expected to be installed in early 2013.
