		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;d rather see CleanTechnica adopting the expression &#039;variable&#039; instead of &#039;intermittent&#039; when it comes to wind energy. 

Wind is not binary on/off, as the word suggests. Wind power is always &#039;on&#039;, but with a variable output. 

My suspicion is that the widespread use of the word &#039;intermittent&#039; has caused many people to think that 25% capacity factor means wind turbines only work a quarter of the time.
