As has been clear for awhile, cleantech provides some wonderful opportunities for leapfrogging in developing countries. We’ve written about this several times with regards to solar (and that was one of the key points of my CNBC “Energy Opportunities” interview), but we haven’t given it much (or any?) mention when it comes to LEDs.
