The Evie Garrett Dennis K-12 campus in Denver, Colorado, includes four academic buildings. The high school built as part of this project is the first for Denver Public Schools in the past 30 years; the common area is pictured above. Built to meet the Advanced Energy Design Guide for K-12 Schools, the annual energy use for the entire site is 33.4 kBtu/ft², with 5.1 kBtu/ft² of that coming from renewable energy sources.
