		<description><![CDATA[Just like coal/gas/oil/nuclear don&#039;t get goverment support or special breaks. Oh wait they do and have been since they first started. And we don&#039;t ask them to pay the cost of the damage they do to our health, environment, ability to live on earth.

Yes the price of PV is coming down, and yes in the end they will kill coal and push oil into a feedstock for industry. BUT it would happen a lot faster the field were truely level, or dare I say supportive of new industry that is creating jobs, instead of old industry that is killing people.]]></description>
