But Southern Company’s aggregate 50 MW commitment to solar in 2012 is not ever 2 tenths of 1 percent of their portfolio.  They are not trying.  They’re like U.S. senators filibustering, “La la la la I can’t hear you no-the planet-is-not-getting-warmer la la la la I-am-not-going-to-listen-to-you…”  Southern Company thinks climate change is a joke: http://heliocurrent.com/just-another-682-million-federal-subsidy-for-southern-company-mississippi/   Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi should EACH be talking about their first Gigawatt of solar in the next 2 years and Southern Company can’t even get to 100 megawatts.  Just ridiculous.  They will never get CO2 to manageable levels crawling like this.
