The price in Germany did not start out at 19.5 EuroCents/kWh, but as high as 54 EuroCents for small-scale facade-mounted PV. This was subsequently reduced as the industry matured (and as the government changed).

It would be interesting to compare your results to the success of each FIT program, i.e. the installed capacity per person/consumer (or per account) in the area that the FIT-program operates.]]></description>
