I know what you mean. I live in Baltimore and its always a bit strange to me that a huge waste incinerator would be positioned right at the entrance to the city and it&#039;s pretty bad that under Maryland policy burning trash could be considered renewable energy.  Regarding the actual article I&#039;m glad that businesses in Maryland are doing well but to be honest as a home owner I think that Way more could be dne to make this a much greener state. Tax credits for things like solar, solar hot water tankless heaters etc are pretty lame and pale in comparison to places like new York and California. Maryland is known as a progressive state but I don&#039;t get that feeling living here.]]></description>
