Aruba
is the first country in the world with a sort of Solar-Tax

Where
most countries in the world are subsidizing the installation of solar
panels is Aruba moving to an other direction. As of the 1st
of October the local Electricity Company Elmar NV is charging
customers who want to install solar panels a so called “grid
usage fee”. This monthly grid usage fee of $8,43.- per
installed kW p. Basically this means a Solar Tax of $0.06 per
generated KWh by the solar panels. If you don't agree with the
contract your not allowed to install solar-panels and stay connected
to the grid.

"Four years ago, it was 50 percent. By the end of this decade, it is likely to be near 30 percent.”

As great as it is that Fox is acknowledging the coal to NG/renewable switch it's still pretty funny that they acknowledge coal has fallen 12% in 4 years but now predict another 8% in 8 years.
