		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m not sure what you mean by the second issue, but for the first one: good, a &#039;free market&#039; should have goods (e.g. electricity from coal) priced at its actual cost; hidden subsidies in the form of healthcare and premature death should not be given to coal and natural gas; thank your carbon tax for helping to correct those externalities hindering the existence of an idealistic free market.]]></description>
