OK, one more repost from another one of our many great sister sites this morning. This one is maybe not world-changing, but it is pretty darn cool. It’s a “Swap-O-Matic” machine that helps you to swap/trade goods rather than buy them. I could definitely see this taking off. But it looks like the project needs a bit more funding to hit its June 17 deadline — hopefully some of you can pitch in!     Haha. I volunteer at our local Op shop (Opportunity Shop) on the island which is pretty much the same principle, except that it costs a dollar or two to pick something up, which goes to charities here, and people have so much stuff they donate constantly (houses are SMALL here!) that it would never fit in just a vending machine!
