A licensed electrical contractor is needed for the hookup.  The rest of the job does not require an electrician.

A roofer is probably the best professional for panel installation.  Let someone who understands roofs and leaks do the mounting and run the cable to the box.

A good business person is probably the best professional when it comes to marketing systems.

Let the electrician check the panel connections and do the final box connection.

This law is like one stating that clogged toilets can be cleared only by licensed plumbers.]]></description>
