		<description><![CDATA[If I read this right, the utilities still will not pay for solar power generated by roof top or with these community owned systems.   Only credits are given.  

If more is generated than used then the utility gets it for free.   Why won&#039;t they pay for solar power as they would have to for coal or gas or hydro generated power?   

When building a community system,  it becomes critical to be able to estimate exactly how much  your system will produce and what your or your groups future power consumption will be.  

Produce too little energy and still pay the utility or generate to much and give the extra to them free.
