We cannot just have chargers without Ev cars out there. If no one uses them they will be useless. $100 mil. will be a waste  for EV infrastructures if money people cannot afford to buy EVs. Incentive incentive to encourage average poor Americans to buy EVs not just the rich.  ]]></description>
