		<description><![CDATA[I sort of agree with you.  But at the same time we need to rebuild our manufacturing base if we want lasting economic recovery.  We can&#039;t only buy with nothing to sell.

Solar panels have a low labor input and shipping costs money.  If China were to sell at a non-dumping price then US manufacturers could probably compete.

I suspect that we&#039;re short years from massive solar installation and during that many year period there&#039;s going to be plenty business for all.  If we can keep American companies alive in the short run it&#039;s likely to be good for us in the long run.]]></description>
