I was thinking maybe because Arab nations sale oil they might have more green energy because they would make better profits selling there oil to other country's, but I have not been able to find out if this is the case or not If this is the case then I would like to know because in theory I was thinking if we sold oil that was drilled in the USA. over sea's it would bring natural gas car's into use here because our oil company's could make better profits, in turn prices would go up on oil we could be selling over sea's leading country's we sale oil to drill for there own oil or find other alternatives. This to me would be a more natural way of progression of energy that would lead us to mostly or all green energy.

Thanks for your comment Mohammed,

You're absolutely right. This is nothing but an announcement yet. I should've used more careful wording.

Zach, could you edit the article with the following sentence:

"Terra Nex and Middle East Best Select, have announced that they are planning a $2-billion, 400-MW CSP project in Oman."

For those who want to read more about this announcement check out:

I would suggest a fact check on the $2Bn 400MW deployment you have mentioned in Oman. Just because there is a press release doesn't mean that there is a real project. Some things worth looking into: As it is illegal to produce power without a licence in Oman, check the Omani ministry of commerce and industry for license holders and check with the government offtaker Oman Power and Water Procurement Company as to if they know about the project. If these things come back negative, please correct your article.
