Hey, thanks for the note — I was actually born & raised one. So no switching required. I’ve seen the case made pretty well that livestock production is responsible for 51% of human-caused global warming emissions ( http://planetsave.com/2012/01/15/do-you-know-the-cause-of-51-or-more-of-humanitys-greenhouse-gas-emissions/), so i definitely agree with you.

Zach, out of curiosity, have you switched to a vegetarian/vegan diet? I’m just wondering since I personally feel that such a diet can make a huge difference in how we impact our planet
