We keep opening the door to China and supporting their solar manufacturing industry. Yes, I have read arguments that China reduced the cost of the solar panels and lowered their margins. In saying that, we have literally provided them lower tariffs and rumor has it that the Chinese government is providing huge subsidies to the Chinese solar manufacturing businesses. So, we keep them employed and working and take away manufacturing from the United States. We should embrace our solar manufacturers in the United States and provide them with the support they need to become the leaders in solar manufacturing! We need to create jobs here!
