		<description><![CDATA[It would seem that there are too many potential flaws in this study to draw the conclusion that the fact that a branch is LEED certified causes increased profitability.  It could just be that these are newer branches and are more attractive (with or without the LEED certification) and may be located in better, more affluent areas.  In order to correctly analyze the data, there would need to be a pairing of branches (LEED and non-LEED) where all other factors are comparable to eliminate the impacts of other, outside factors.]]></description>
