		<description><![CDATA[Why not store wind power right in the tower as compressed air? 

I don&#039;t know why I never hear anyone trying this approach.  The tower is already a big canister, and wind being one of the &#039;spikiest&#039; it would benefit greatly from having stored energy to keep the turbine going at a more constant speed via a rotor-connected pneumatic motor
