and the local utilities need to step up to the plate and do there part
to make it work, pay the going rate to someone who put in 
a solar or wind project (not 3 cents a kw) but the same rate they
pay to the big companies for elec. Also we do need to up grade our
trans. lines to move power from were you have good wind for a
wind farm to were it is needed. ( like Western new york (Chautauqua Eire Catt. counties )to new york city .

And we&#039;re working on getting that number down.  Looks like we&#039;re getting close to replacing transformers with solid state switching devices.  That will eliminate a lot of the transmission loss problems - electricity going away as transformer heat.]]></description>
