		<description><![CDATA[Sadly, the information in this article sounds like it has come straight from a press release about Masdar City written by the spin doctors at Mubadala. What is not mentioned in the article is that funding for this initiative has been scaled back, and consequently, so have all other aspects of the project e.g. zero carbon - not anymore, no cars - well maybe. Masdar City is a fantastic vision, and kudos to the Abu Dhabi government for being the first entity to go for something this ambitious. However, in the interests of accuracy, it would be useful to present the facts as they stand at present.]]></description>
