		<description><![CDATA[As an English OAP ,now spending most of my time in Spain largely to save on outrageous heating and transport costs,I am very pleased to read of the UK innovations being made after such a dismal performance to date.
Unfortunately this is not unexpected as it simply demonstrates a widespread public ignorance and indifference in an anglo-saxon society obsessed with short-term returns. 
I understand the Germans have a much longer-term approach?
It would be instructive to know what effect efficiency investment has on resale values in assorted locations.]]></description>
