Take a look around the US. Toyota builds cars in the US. Nissan builds in the US. Hyundai, BMW, Honda, Kia, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, Fiat,and Subaru are building or have built cars in the US.

In general, cars and trucks are going to be manufactured close to market because it’s not cheap to ship them.

Manufacturing has gone global. US companies can either go global or go under.

Right now China has a lot of money. They are buying up stuff. Remember when people had their shorts all in a bunch because the Japanese were buying US stuff?
