		<description><![CDATA[Solar can certainly provide power when it is most needed -- for A/C when it is hot in the daytime.  It makes sense to tie into the grid along with wind turbines to get some economy and provide a broader &quot;profile&quot; of power.

Another thought is to integrate wave power generators in the bases of water based turbines, so they generate power from the motion of the waves as well as from the wind.
